Personal Data may be used in this Policy interchangeably with Personal Information, depending on context.

Processing means any operation or set of operations performed on Personal Information, including collection, use, storage, disclosure, analysis, deletion, or retention.

Consumer means a natural person whose Personal Information is collected or processed. In some privacy laws, this may also be referred to as a “data subject.”

Child or minor means a person under 16 years of age, unless a different age threshold applies under a specific law.

Business Purpose means a purpose reasonably necessary and proportionate to operate our website, provide requested information or services, protect security, detect fraud or abuse, maintain records, comply with law, or otherwise support our business operations.
