Chief Growth Officer
Chris Fulcher enlisted in the Marine Corps in 2004 and served until 2016 as a Cryptologic Linguist, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Operator, Collector, and Analyst.. Chris spent the first year of his active duty service studying at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) in Monterey, California. He graduated in 2005 from the Serbian and Croatian basic course and returned in 2011 for the Persian (Farsi) basic course. Throughout his career, he served at 2nd and 1st Radio Battalions, the Marine Cryptologic Support Battalion, the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, and the Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force – Crisis Response – Central Command. His service included two deployments to Afghanistan and one deployment to Iraq, and for his service Chris was awarded a Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, and a Joint Service Achievement Medal.
Chris left active duty in 2016 and joined Ops Tech Alliance, where he worked as a Cryptologic Linguist and Signals Intelligence operations instructor near Fort Bragg, North Carolina until 2018. Chris then moved on to supporting the company’s operations. From 2018 to 2022, Chris was responsible for managing the execution of the company’s contracts with the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, and the Intelligence Community. In 2022, Chris took on the role of Chief Growth Officer to guide the company’s growth strategy.
